Oxford's MBCT Courses

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy  (MBCT) was developed by researchers at the University of Toronto and University of Oxford. MBCT has been adapted into several psychoeducation courses by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre in order to provide the general public guidance and training in cognitive skills that reduce anxiety, depression, stress, while increasing positive emotions (cite exact benefits from studies and my training resources).
