What is Hypnosis? 

Hypnosis is best understood as a method of using verbal and non-verbal techniques to bring an individual into a suggestible state of mind. Being in the hypnotic state allows statements and beliefs to be more easily accepted, increasing the chance, rate, and depth of learning new ways of thinking.

What is Hypnotherapy? 

The hypnotic state is characterised by a high degree of attention, focus, and relaxation, along with the suspension of analytical thinking. This allows the hypnotised client to access greater cognitive flexibility and entertain new ways of thinking and approaching the problem they have been grappling with. In the case of hypnotherapy, this entails learning new, helpful beliefs in order to displace the unhelpful, obsolete beliefs that are keeping you stuck in cognitive-behavioural patterns that are leading you to seek professional help. 

What we will need...

A professional microphone, immersive soundscapes, and an arsenal of psychologically- and philosophically-informed beliefs on my end. A pair of headphones and a comfortable armchair, couch, or bed on your end. These are the tools we'll be using to move you towards a new way of being that is in line with your truest values and aspirations.

01The Intake Form

Filling out the intake form allows me to quickly assess whether I am able to provide assistance or whether I need to refer you to another professional/therapeutic modality that would be better suited for your particular case and needs. If I am able to help, filling out the intake form thoroughly will make the consultation process much smoother and allow us to spend more time discussing matters that are most important and relevant to you.

After you fill out the intake form, You can book a consultation with me using the button below or on the website banner. If I am unable to help you with your case, I will email you. During our consultation, we can further discuss your current issue, make clarifications, carry out a few imagination exercises, and answer any questions you may have about hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and my practice.

03 Tailored Treatment Plan

After the consultation, I will type out a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to the information you gave me in the intake form and consultation. You will get a chance to review the treatment plan and get back to me with any comments or suggestions. However, I stick closely to professional standards of what I can and cannot ethically say.

04 Your Hypnosis Sessions

Finally...time to get hypnotised. Most uncomplicated issues will require 3-5 sessions. There are longer and longer time intervals between sessions in order to allow the new beliefs to 'sink in' and be informed by your daily lived experience. I want you to see the beliefs in action for yourself, which will deepen your learning and your new way of being in the world. The treatment plan and sessions will be modified based on your new experiences, challenges, and life updates. I do not drag on treatment longer than required. My aim is to get you out of my client base as soon as possible so you can go live your life. Come see me again if you need me!

If you struggle with stress, our hypnotherapy sessions can help you find relief. We can reframe your negative thought patterns, relate to difficult emotions with more affirming beliefs, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and relaxation.

As Sartre said, 'hell is other people'. While this quote is often misinterpreted, the aim is for us to realise that our existence is inherently relational. So, how do we acknowledge this unalterable aspect of our lives, while maintaining our authenticity and sense of mental and physical security? My answers are in my treatment plan. 

We all behave like broken records sometimes—repeating the same cognitive-behavioural patterns despite our best interests and efforts.

We are not medical professionals, so we cannot assist in treating clinically-diagnosed substance addictions. However, I can assist you in attempting to overcome or at least reduce addictive behaviours that are disrupting your life, including but not limited to: gaming, eating unhealthy food, alcohol overconsumption, phone and social media use, and the list goes on.

There is empirical evidence supporting the use of visualisation to improve muscular and motor functioning. Combining this with hypnotherapeutic techniques should lead to even better outcomes. Whether you are trying to get an edge for a sports competition, improve your workouts, or achieve better physical health in your later later years by engaging the mind-body connection, there is something for you to gain regardless of your age group and specific goals.  

Note: We will not be 'manifesting' anything. The hypnotic suggestions I will offer, in combination with visualisation exercises, will very much focus on what is in your control rather than outcomes and external circumstances which are beyond your control.

1st Session

Includes free consultation and treatment plan along with your first online hypnosis session (session 1).




$230 USD/$300 SGD

Additional Sessions (2-10)

Each additional session under the same treatment plan as session 1 will be charged at 200 SGD no matter the length of treatment. I do not offer packages  as different cases and clients require different treatment lengths (1-10 sessions).
