Anuj lead me through a few sessions of one-on-one yoga and meditation, over the course of a couple of months. He had prepared a rigorous course and was knowledgeable and well-prepared. Due to my physical disability however, certain exercises were too physically demanding for me, and my mental health issues meant that being present in my body was surprisingly challenging and emotionally confronting. Anuj was a comforting presence who helped me work through those difficult emotions, and was experienced and flexible enough to be able to adjust the programme on the fly to find what would work for me. Anuj is an attentive, kind, hardworking and intelligent yoga and meditation teacher.
