  • Overview of mindfulness, attention, and its role in shaping experience
     

  • Introduction to short mindfulness practices: Body Scan, Anchoring, and Ten-Finger Appreciation (Gratitude)
     

  • Home practice guidance and tools for personal mindfulness development
     

  • Course orientation: teacher introductions, participation protocols, and self-care reminders

  • Explore how shifting perspectives can enhance self-awareness and balance in everyday life
     

  • Practice different modes of experiencing (thinking, observing, and being) to develop wisdom and self-care
     

  • Learn how the "Breathing Space" technique helps us recognize and shift between these modes
     

  • Reflect on key takeaways, including practical tools for mindfulness in daily life and home practice guidance

  • Learn how to create a "pause" between stimulus and response using the Breathing Space technique to respond skillfully, rather than react
