I met Anuj by chance and decided to go for the meditations he offered. I was pleasantly surprised that despite being so young he was able to take a session which translated into a wonderful mindful experience. I especially loved his embodied gratitude exercise and his guided meditations. His calm and affable persona makes it easy to like him and work with him.
