Group Meditation
Sessions (Online)

Finding time for mindfulness in a busy world can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. In these group sessions, we’ll work together to create a supportive and calming space where you can explore different meditation styles and practices that fit into your life. Join us to build a consistent practice, share experiences, and grow alongside others.
