Everything you need to know
Hey there,
I’m guiding a weekly meditation series, Mindful Mondays, every Monday at 8pm Singapore Time open to everyone around the world. I’ll draw from yogic practices that I’ve learned from Dr. Alok Kanojia and my yoga teacher trainings, several meditation courses and retreats, as well as secular mindfulness practices from my MBCT training.
